Thank you for your interest in our coaching services. Our aim is to provide you with the highest quality coaching experience possible. However, we understand that sometimes you may be unsatisfied with our services. We have therefore created a refund policy to ensure that you can request a refund if you are not satisfied with our coaching services.
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee for our coaching services. If, after your first coaching session, you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a refund within 3 days of your Booking. Refunds will not be given for sessions that have already taken place.
To request a refund, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line “Refund Request.” In the email, please include your name, contact information, and the reason for your refund request.
Once we have received your refund request, we will review it and respond within 7 business days. If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 14 business days. Refunds will be made using the same payment method that was used to purchase the coaching services.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your coaching session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. If you do not provide 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged for the session and will not be eligible for a refund.
